Transparent Lock Screen

I'm looking for something like a transparent lock screen. I put Netflix or YouTube videos on my phone for my son now and then, but I can't let him hold the phone because he really can't do it without touching the screen (he's 2.) I'm looking for a solution that will pretty much lock the phone without stopping video or sound playback. Anyone have any ideas?
