I took the liberty of porting these over to work with build # 12.11. Just download and flash in recovery like a ROM.

Rather than one file containing all of them I uploaded them all separately.

88 Transitions:

Fold Transitions:

Hey Publicanimal, Thanks for hooking these up for 12.11. Is there any chance of you porting these over to 12.24.1? I’m really interested in getting the Fly-in. I would do it myself, but I have no idea how and unfortunately no time to learn. I think there is a lot of folks who’d be as interested as I am.

I found the mods and was able to install and apply the Flyin transition over 12.24.1 myself through MetaMorph; it was actually really easy. Check it out (post #14 in particular gives clear instructions on how to install and apply them):
