I've been trying to transfer photos from my laptop to my Drios x via cable.
My phone displays the option for USB Mass storage which I chose.
It does not give me the option to transfer TO phone only FROM phone.

What am I missing?

I've tried to use the Media Share option but it tells me my memory card is missing.... Is my SD card the same thing as memory card?

When you connect with USB mass transfer, you should see an icon for the sd card pop up in My Computer. Open that and look for the DCIM folder, then save them in the Camera folder.

All you need to do once your phone has been mounted to mass storage device is open my computer and locate the drive letter to your phone, (like a thumb drive) simply drag and drop photos to the dcim folder on you're sd card.

Well I just plug mine in and I click Mount I think. Then I go to the drive the phone is plugged into via My Computer. Then I go to the pictures folder or wherever your pics are stored.
Anyways I prefer Android Transfer which syncs your pictures, contacts, SMS, songs, videos, Call Logs, etc with your computer.
