transferring music files

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to get music files off my pc and onto my Droid Pro. I also can't pull up the screen with the phone icon,launcher iconand the human icon.

In my experience it's much faster to just connect via USB than to do it through wifi... Just connect and set to USB storage
