Tracking Application?

Is it possible to track applications that you've downloaded via verizon or the bill?

No, they go through the market, and that charges your card directly. You can just scroll through your downloaded apps and see what you've downloaded, or go to the market and hit "Downloaded" in the menu, that one sorts em with updates available first, then it goes to all the apps you've downloaded in order of download, not sure if they move up after an update or not.

I know that, but is there a way to see what my brother downloaded via the bill? (btw I mean free apps not paid)

No, again, they are through the market, not through verizon at all
