try restarting revolutionary from support_files folder

If you have rebooted you phone, restart the whole tool

worked... I think I'm rooted. According to Root Check I am. I guess what has me questioning this is I did not have to flash SU on my SD card... ??? I rooted in order to remove Verizon Apps and I don't have that ability either???

Reboot to recovery and it should auto flash it for you

Evidently that's what happened... I didn't have to do anything. I think you can now call this "dummy proof"... :]

Excellent job, my only input would be: the instructions are a bit vague.

Crap, help. I now have a pic of a phone with a red triangle and exclamation point on my screen. Last thing Revolutionary says is:

Pull out your battery, hold volume down and power until hboot shows up, then select fastboot.

Okay. Now the phone says "Fastboot USB" and gives me the option to select Bootloader, Reboot, Reboot Bootloader, and Power Down.

Did revolutionary run? And if not try unplugging and replugging in. If that doesnt help, Did you install the fast boot drivers?
