Correct just let the device manage itself. It does a perfect job : )

No.... just make sure you turn off 'auto-kill'.

And try not to look what's running. Removing the app just makes this part easier.

No.... just make sure you turn off 'auto-kill'.

If i keep it, how do i turn off autokill?

Skype and a lot of other apps automatically start due to different events with the phone, hence most people's desire to delete bloat. If you are rooted you can delete/rename the apk files so that the processes don't have the option to open. There is a interesting thread on keeping my phone running snappy which can give other advice that I've done with my dx (not all of it, but the autokill app he talks about is interesting), if you search the word snappy, I'm sure it will come up.
