Titanium Backups not giving me an option to restore?

My titanium backups are all gray with a line through them and when I click on them the restore button is missing. Any suggestions? Anyone have a direct link to setcpu in the meantime? The developer gives it away free at xda but he only has a barcode, and I'm not currently near a computer. Any suggestions on my backups?

Forgot to mention I've already reinstalled TiB and rebooted phone as well. This is on a fresh install of 1.0.

I saw that (apps with a line through them), but I was still able to restore.

After doing a little more investigation I can restore a few apps (newsroom and beautiful widgets both restored) but the one I need the most is setcpu. I can probably work around the rest. Anyone have a direct link to setcpu 2.0.1 apk?
