    Is there a one step app that lets you root your phone wit out using the computer like z4root did dam I miss that app

    Be careful with this. If you received the recent OTA update, your firmware was updated. Per the previous post:

    Second, you’ll need to have a ThunderBolt with a firmware version below 1.12.605.9.

    As with any rooting method, you'll want to be very careful, and also be aware you phone will be wiped.
