I have a question, I didnt dowlonad the files using zip files. I used winrar.

When renaming the files, do I have to put .zip in the end or what?

hey im a little worried had a few speed bumps so far, but I got up to step 4 ok. My phone rebooted, everything is deleted now.

Im having a little problem now though the guy who posted the video on youtube has been helping me, but I got stuck at one part. Step four, I have to copy and paste:
adb push psneuter /data/local/
adb push busybox /data/local/
adb push wpthis /data/local/
adb shell chmod 777 /data/local/psneuter
adb shell chmod 777 /data/local/busybox
adb shell chmod 777 /data/local/wpthis

On cmd. I tried the first one, and after pressing enter it says cannot stat psneuter : no such file or directory.

So im stuck again, if that doesnt go through i cant go to the next one.

You need to run the adb from the directory it's installed. I have a folder on the root of c called TB_Root, it's easier to type into CMD.

-Make sure psneuter, busybox and wpthis is located in that same folder.

In the C drive I have the sdk files which i put there earlier...

Im kind of nervous doing this on my own to be honest, I'm thinking about just not rooting at all.

If I stop the process of what I am doing, RIGHT now...and disconnect my phone from my laptop will there be problems with it? Everything was deleted but I'll fix everything up the way I had it before
If i ever have problems and bring it back to verizon will they give me problems telling me i messed around with the phone

That's why you're getting an error. Copy them back to that folder.

Don't stop after you've already started. You might be on the downgraded portion of the root process.

downloading superuser and installing it now. From now on the phone can't be bricked right?

After installing superuser, and when rebooting I can remove the cable connecting the phone to the laptop right

You can still brick it but most are soft-brick.

Volume down + power. Look at the white screen it loads for S-OFF or S-ON. If it says S-OFF then you are rooted.
