My thunderbolt is acting up. It keeps losing signal and takes a long time to boot up.
Will Verizon allow me to upgrade early even though I'm not due til November?

Probably not, odds are you will be offered a replacement phone, or something along those lines. There is only one way to find out for sure though.

Let us know what happens, I'm curious to see if they let you have an early upgrade.

I tried getting a month early upgrade. No dice unless you want a worse phone. No chance at all they let you get a nexus or raze or rezound

I don't want a worse phone but considering I spend $250 per month for 3 lines I hope they will cut me a break

Man we pay over $400 a month for 5 lines and they are playing hardball with me. Supposed to get a call Friday to see if my phone is acting up still after they tinkered with it today.

Hope all goes well for you man. I know how it feels having your Thunderbolt act up because mine is doing it as well.
