Throttle hack

    In earlier miui roms they had a data speed hack for data I can't remember what version. But is there a way to make a new one for the new roms.

    Check back through the last few Froyo build threads and you’ll find that the developers came to the conclusion that it really didn’t work. Look back a few builds leading up to the transition to Gingerbread; sorry I don’t remember exactly when that conclusion was arrived at.

    I think the conclusion was that any bandwidth limiting was occuring on the server (provider) side of the system...so throttle hacks were ineffective.
