Anyone who had problems with data dropping or the rattle in the ear piece. If you exchanged your device for a new one in the store did it fix the problem? I am wondering if maybe they caught some errors in the build quality and the new stock in the stores might have corrected them. I guess this is more of a question on the ear piece rattle since the data dropping seems to be more network related. I just didn't want to go through exchanging my device if the stock in the store will have the same issues. I only have one week left on my exchange period and I still can't decide what to do with this thing. I really like it for the most part, the data dropping seems very periodic and does not occur every day. The ear piece rattle while on calls is annoying me slightly more than I thought it would. Besides those two issues and a few random reboots for no reason this thing has been a pretty good device.
