    How do i stay in a google search and go to my home screen without losing the search page?

    just hit the home button.

    then, to get back to it, just go back to your browser.

    Thanks! I didnt try to keep the browser icon in my home page. I left the google toolbar up. I tried searching from the toolbar rather than the browser icon.

    yea. i never have used the search bar widget. didnt know thats what u meant. but thats the best advice i can give ya on that. these forums are great for learning about your android device.

    I just deleted the browser bar and started using the icon. Thanks for the reply, it works now.
