Oh I'm so excited for this update! I heard it'll have flash in it. I'm going to unroot my phone now so I make sure I don't miss the OTA update

cant wait to see my phone fly and drive my car. i heard that it will be in the release. and also do you know if this will have 5 home screens and the 3d launcher.

Argghhh...Can't agree, Charles. The little tempests in teapots generated by the small minority of Droid owners are nothing compared to what would be happening with frequent updates for literally millions of owners.

P.S. Just to add to your list, though, there's a known bug in voice search that prevents a phone number from being dialed from a google results set. Happens only with voice search.

bit on an oversight. play.com has it listed for 89.99 on pre order. bit too expensive still. :-s

lets hope good will come from it and they bundle in more extras with the update

My sources state that the update should be out sometime before the next Blue Moon. So take that for what it's worth. So excited! Can't wait! :icon_ banana:

I have a few serious questions.....

What's an Update?

How do I get it?

Can I force it?

Will checking the "System Updates" under "About Phone" every 5 seconds make it get to me faster?

Did a DF Mod REALLY start a thread about an update to 2.1....REALLY????

Are those really S-Mods and Mods replying in this "2.1 Update" thread?..... OR have their accounts been HACKED??
