Is there a way to get the lockscreen icons(silver ones) from the themed version of the lockscreen on the unthemed version of ss5.2?

Yes there is a way to do it and its actually quite easy. I am willing to help you with getting them but I want to make sure I know exatly what you want. You only want to have the silver lockscreen icons from the blue themed ss5.2 on the stock gb themed ss5.2, which you are running, correct?? Sorry, I relaize this is probably just making you repeat yourseld but I just want to be sure.

You are correct. I wasn't sure where they are located, systemui or the framework res file. Would to be able to just flash them in recovery, haven't had much luck with mm in GB roms.

They are in framework res. I went ahead and did it for you bc I knew I was leaving the house. I pulled the framework from the unthemed update patch and added in the icons. I can't test it though bc I am not running ss now. Its just the framework with the silver icons so flash it from recovery. Have a backup just in case but im sure you know that.

Worked like charm! One question though, is there a specific program you use to change things out? Something easier than copy and pasting into the framework-res file?

Cool im glad it worked for you it was a fairly easy operation. I just use 7zip, its a free archive manager. Just google it if you want to check it out. Whenever I want to copy and paste something I just open 2 windows. One for what I am copying and one for where I am copying to. Once you move something you just hit back until a prompt comes up, hit yes and then you're all done.

I currently use an app to change a few things on my lock screen, but really all I want is to have a different background from my desktop. Is this possible via the framework or should I just stick with the app I am using? I would prefer to get rid of it if at all possible.
