Themed Icons

I have flashed the theme twice and it will not update all of my icons, maps, nav, & latitude. Any Ideas? I am mounting the system and wiping cache first.

ok so i love this theme. i am coming over from the honeycomb theme. i loved the statue of liberty wallpaper on that one. however, i want it in black and white, but am still a noob and am not sure how to take that wallpaper off of my phone and edit it. any ideas?

Ask Sensi to post the B&W Liberty picture again. I know I've seen it on one of the other Liberty themes, but I can't recall which one exactly.

I am experiencing the same, followed the directions exactly. Is a nandroid back up the only way to get back to where I was before I flashed this?
