Simple Metamorph theme that uses smiley faces for battery status in the notification bar (Green Smille 100% -> Yellow Smile 80% -> Yellow Flat Mouth 60% -> Orange Flat Mouth 40% -> Orange Frown 20% -> Red Frown 10% -> Red ! at 0% -> Blue ? unknown, charging goes from grey to brighter and brigher Yellow Smile).

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MESSING UP YOUR PHONE IF YOU TRY THIS.

I did this for myself on my Droid (A855).

Copy BatterySmile.zip to your AndroidThemes folder. Allow Metamorph to unzip it. Choose BatterySmile and then apply all and reboot when prompted.

Using TheBowers' round battery theme prompted the idea, and I figured out how to do it by looking at his theme.

If you enjoy, let me know. If you have problems, I might try to help, but use at your own risk. I'VE ONLY TESTED ON MY OWN PHONE and am only posting to share for risk takers.

Here are a few of the smileys. They're pretty simple. If you want to see all of them you can open the zip on your computer and they're down in the drawable-hdpi folder.

I'm going to have to do an alternate here soon, because I'm trying out Liquid and it does 10% increments in the notification bar. It's a little weird having smiles alternate with batteries :(

I thought cm did 10% increments as well, i tried it... it works correctly. it's perfect with my minimalistic setup. Black and white with no gradients on status bar (credit to tiggerxpluer) ,transparent widgets. really looks better than the white battery icon. and since the image isn't beveled it looks perfect. thanks alot :icon_ banana:

also A quadrant score of mine from the other day. Moto Droid cm6 nightly jdlfg 1.23 ghz kernel

Yeah, the problem with 10 increments is I'm missing 5 icons. I'll probably put up a new set by the weekend (and leave the old one). I just need to figure out how to keep it simple but intuitive about how happy the battery is with 5 more slots of emotions ;)
