Probably has to do with the file structure (and files inside) with the MM vs. My Theme. Something probably doesn't match. I'll look into it later. In the middle of a different project at the moment.

On quick glance I didn't see anything different in regards to the files you had in your theme.... and it shoudlb't be since you based your theme off of UDv2.1's framework, which the MM's have no issue with.... so gotta take a closer look when I can

You saying the theme is too bright and you want a Pink one? Or are you saying something specific is too bright or pink looking?
