Same here. I want to read some reviews before I make a decision and really don't want to spend that kind of money even though I really want this phone. I'm hoping for some kind of sale in a couple of weeks.

Nope just unlocked mine and rooted!

Phone updated right away and is on version 4.0.2 right now. It's alot lighter than I thought it would be. The screen is amazing picture, and the speaker is a little soft but still good and by no means a deal breaker. Speed test is running around 17-20 for me right now and the browser stands up to the hype. Overall it's amazing and will only get better when I have a day off to root it and really play around.
