The last paragraph I took offense to as it seems to mock the tablet.

Overall it's a nice idea. There might be some that use it, especially give it to kids with that porn blocker. As for bible translations, you can get that from various apps. Youversion. Has multiple translations for download free.

I don't like the Android 2.1 as that is old. However, good for family Christian. Make it a bit rugged for kids too and they might have so. E success

I dont know. The blocks on tablets and phones work fine. If porn pops up on your tablet or phone 99% of the time its because the person wanted it to pop up. We not talking like windows where you click a link to download music and a bunch of porn plaster the screen. Pastors in congregations seem to be getting along just fine with their ipads and kindle fires. And 2.1 eh i can get a knock off tablet from china cheaper than that running ics. Failed concept failed product. You dont change the world by blocking content you change the world by changing people's hearts.

PC, agreed on virtually all ponts. However, I don't think this is directed at preventing "accidental" porn, I think it's directed at removing the temptation, but that's just my take on it. So true though, that it's what's inside the heart of people that makes or breaks them. There will always be a never-ending supply of people who could learn from that statement.

Not a good deal at all, as it is simply a Cydle M7 with a porn blocker and bible app preinstalled. The specs are abysmal compared to the Nexus 7, which is only $50 more.

CYDLE

To me, it seems like another product using Christianity to take advantage of people.

I think they are mocking the tablet because of the abysmal specs, and the stand/cover that the manufacturer seems to hype more than the device. They are not mocking the idea of the tablet.

That having been said, I don't understand why you wouldn't just buy a Nexus 7 and install a porn blocker and Bible app if that is your thing.

Seriously. ROM Toolbox has the option to block porn. And I use Daily Bible off the market. Plus, it shouldn't really matter if you're not intentionally looking for porn. Little kids don't know what porn is and probably won't be looking for it. Google Search has a built in funtion to filter out explicit content (SafeSearch), so all you have to do is click on it, select "strict," and you're done. Not to mention, if your preacher is looking up porn, he's more of a hypocrit than anything.

That is the app i use, daily bible. Again I can understand blocking content because ipad and android tablets do have some good educational software. I can also understand making sure that while in the pulpit that searching for something on the big screen where all is watching don't lead to an embarrassing situation. With that said people have the right to purchase what they want. Me personally ill pass.

As said by others not very well executed. There are easy solutions to get the same results on any tablet, and the lack of the latest OS is lackluster. I just feel like anything worth doing is worth doing well.
