My daughter and her family are moving to San Diego on Friday. Son-in-law is in the Navy and he will retire after this tour of duty. After that, there will not be anything keeping us here in California! So, in about 3 years, we we will ex-Californians.

AFAIC it's turned into a cesspool, when I was a kid I enjoyed living in Redondo Beach. Too many people and too crowded for me plus some other concerns not allowed on the forum.

San Diego a nice spot from what I've heard... I have a friend who didn't want to leave there when his company relocated

I don't want to leave here, born and raised here, raised a family here, the weather is second to?
But, it's part of a state that's gone to complete sh..
And all my peeps and wife's peeps will be gone by June/July... We're looking to have the house on the market by then...
Most listing here don't last a week, if a weekend...
