I'm an end-user/consumer, I speak with my feet. If somebody publishes something and I like it, I use it. I imagine I've read books that have been plagiarized to some extent, do I care? No, I either like the book or I don't. This issue is between devs, not us. I owe no one an apology for anything...I'm the customer. I really like touchscreens. I don't care who invented it, who licensed it or who's suing whom, I just want it on my phone. I use a "hacked" NFL app to by-pass the Verizon banner, do I care? No, that's for Verizon and the NFL to worry about. We all choose our own moral stand and I will never try to impose mine on anybody else. I will use whatever ROM I like and freely switch between them without doing some in-depth analysis on Github...I don't care about that, I'm not the code police, that's somebody elses job. It's too bad it all happened. There are loyal followers on both sides and it's cool to have that passion. I hope everybody gets what they want in the end. I love playing with different ROMs and will continue to try them all. Cheers.
