Just to be clear... your husband receives other texts ok? If so, have you changed ant settings on your phone? Are the texts he receives SMS on MMS? Have you tried restarting his phone? Does he have a max number of texts he can receive on his data plan.. (which would apply if he has issues with other texts)?

Btw verizon flip phone is not a model. Do you have the manual? Verizon stamps their name on other manufacturers phones. There may be settings in that phone that can provide an answer but not without knowing the manufacturer and model. For instance, hubby's phone may be set to only accept SMS and you send MMS. If you cant locate this information, take a trip to phone store.

Welcome to the forum. [PAGE] means no text characters were received by your husbands phone. It literally thinks you sent him an old style page.
Since we're talking about his flip phone, have him dial *228 to update his phone if he hasn't done it in a while. It sounds like it's a network issue on your end but could be his phone, thus the *228 suggestion.
As far as photos you send, go into your text app,mms area and set the maximum file size to around 500 KB and try sending him a photo. By default smartphones send file sizes that are often to large for flip phones to accept so you've got to lower the setting on your end.
