I'm not trying to start a debate on this and I'm sure many of you have seen this already but it's worth it to post it here. Be careful texting while you're walking.

I can't be the only one who thought this was funny, can I? I showed it to several of my friends and they all thought it was.

And if you can believe this the woman who fell in the fountain wants to sue the Mall.

she has her own legal troubles, after she appeared on good morning America yesterday she went to court for stealing her coworkers identity and purchased $5000 worth of stuff on her credit card. she has quite a few things on her criminal record.

from the looks of it, I'm pretty sure it was not staged. if it was, she deserves a golden globe because that was funny as a ......................!

O yeah, I forgot to mention that the security guard who posted the video to YouTube was fired.

I vote for staged. she is an employee at the mall. Its not like they built the fountain when she wasnt looking. she knew it was there. And with her mounting legal bills for FRAUD she could certainly use the cash. She says she is suing because of the embarassment. Well the thing is that nobody knew who it was in the video til she came forward and said it was me, now show me the money...
