Are there any apps out there where you can switch the Google Maps Navigation voice?

Also, is there an app out there that will read incoming text messages to you and also if someone is calling you, read out there name of the person calling?

    Thanks.

Search for TTS engines. Google Maps Nav doesn't have its own voice. It uses whatever is your default TTS engine. SVOX and Loquendo are a couple that I can think of off the top of my head. Neither are free. SVOX charges for voices. Loquendo charges for the engine.

Quite a few. I use Tasker for this but it has a bit of a learning curve. On the other hand, its extremely versatile and powerful so it can also do much, much more. I don't know of any appliance apps to do this off the top of my head.
