Well, I've been a Blackberry guy for over a year, and I love my Storm 2, but I thought I'd try something new.

I have heard about email being slower with an Android, being that I have Hotmail. But I've experienced the Droid browser which really is impressive.

I'm picking up an Incredible in 2 hours, off of a Verizon employee selling their BNIB Incredible for $450, clean ESN or whatever.

Assuming I love the experience, I'll either unlock and sell my S2, or hang onto it for when OS6 comes out and experiment with it.

I'll be spending some time lurking around here, I'm a quick learning but there seems to be a LOT to learn

Is there any list of suggested apps? Since I'm new to the Android thing, I dont know what any good apps are, what they do, etc. Is there a beginner's guide, that also gives help to optimizing the phone for battery life, performance, etc?

We also have a sister site devoted entirely to the Incredible at HTC Incredible Forum

Enjoy the site(s) and welcome aboard.
