Tempered Glass Protector

Hello,
My daughter has had this phone replaced TWICE. In 4 months it has fallen and the screen has completely shattered. Now she's had a phone for 4 years now and this has never happened before. Is this model just likely to break?
Does anyone have this screen protector and does it work?

Screen protectors don't help much against breakage, mostly direct damage like scratches and nicks.... Sounds like she needs a quality hybrid case like a Ballistic, Triton, or similar silicon/plastic shell 2 or 3 piece hybrid case that can handle a drop.

I'd look into a life proof or Otterbox defender... Both cases take a beating.. And do a great job protecting the device.

Wifey had the same problem. She dropped 2 phones and broke the screen on them both. I've been putting her in the Seidio cases since and she has yet to break another screen.
