"I prefer source roms over leak based. Who wants a "cut and paste" rom? Geeze! You dev's should do your own work!"

"I really don't care if it's leak or source built, I just want a rom to blow my mind"

Well.... You guys will get the best of both worlds.

The FIRST rom to simultaneously give you the option of a source build or a leak of the same rom, is being brought to you here by Team Awesome.

    Changelog:
Rubik 1.5S built off CyanogenMod 6 RC-2 Source, cyanogenmod settings included! options galore! (Credit to Cyanogen, Koush, CVPCS and Sniffle for their write up)
FRF91 Google Apps (Credit to Google/Cyanogen)
FRG01B Proprietary Apps and Drivers (All motorola's goodness!)
All app's optimized and zipaligned (Credit to me)
50MB Free Ram (Credit to me)
Auto Scaling Beta, seems to only work correctly if the kernel you're using has 250 as the minimum (Credit to Pete for the idea)
Market Apps pre-removed (Google Voice, Facebook, Maps, Twitter, etc.)
Zipalign_apks script (Credit to Pete, hell it was kanged straight from BB 0.4's update.zip) BE CAREFUL USING! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
    Ad's blocked (Credit to Pete)
Maybe some other things, can't remember right now

    Kernels:
Built for Rubik rom's, source or the leak.
    1.2GHz:
    http://www.mediafire.com/?0mv525954iy6c3z
    1.0Ghz:

    800MHz:
    http://www.mediafire.com/?riotqy9noo9xexw

    Rom:
    http://bit.ly/cwwqF5

    Flash through Clockwork:
    Install Rom from SD Card
    Select Rubik1.5S.zip
    Wipe Data/Cache
    Reboot

    Flash through SPRecovery:
    rename to update.zip
    place in root of sdcard
    reboot to recovery
    allow update.zip
    install update.zip

    edit:

Barebones anyone? This is BARE. I had to strip a lot of stuff to get it down in size, source app's don't optimize nor compress as well as leak builds for some reason
    http://bit.ly/9e7fqt

    Themes:
ANY CyanogenMod RC2 themes will work, but these are my supported themes:

    NexTheme
Optimized and zipaligned to my standards to be ran and supported!

Credit To ManUp456 for the Theme
Credit To 22Illusions for Porting the Theme and Data Icon on the Power Controls

That's weird.. it definitely should of. I've noticed switching between source and leak roms sometimes they won't, especially if you had apps2sd enabled.

The barebones version is uploading, I had it uploading before I left for work, so the link will be provided when I get home for lunch. Its sitting at 59 meg free, with the following removed:
    Corp cal
    Email
    Live wallpapers
    Setup wizard
    Sholes quick office
    Voice dialer
    Youtube
    Genie widget (news/weather)

Wow reading the first description this is definately worth a try. I like that extra 54mb freed up. Backing up now...

Edit: Here's a problem: in SetCPU the kernel is set at 800mhz but the highest it goes is 500mhz?

Only suggestion I have that drod2169 hasn't mentioned for in the future is maybe a scripts app, like Kang and BB have so we have some options to remove junk like all those stupid ads that pop up everywhere. just a suggestion, but you might be cooking that up already anyway :)

I redownloaded and was finally able to get it to resync my apps etc...the free memory is great and its fast with the new kernels @ 1.2ghz...

Only real issue so far is the market not showing all apps...such as Pure Cal widget and Tapatalk Pro etc...

You can install Kangerade scripts separately. I've ran it with several other roms, including CM and Pl3x.
