TBH App and Monster 2.3.340?

Didn't want to start a new thread but couldn't find a good place ask on another one. Where can I get the TBH app and/or the monster.zip file? I know its off the market but there has to other places. All I get when I Google is thread talk. Also don't want to freejack as I know they work hard and I'm willing to pay, no problem.
