Taking off Battery Cover

My wife got a TB today. She says she can't figure out how to get the battery cover off......Yeah, I know. But if someone can tell me what it takes, give me a hint, I would greatly appreciate it.

She is out of state so I can't do it for her.

top of phone there is a slot put finger nail and work it outward.
