I constantly get a message on my HTC Incredible that a system update is ready to install. The rest of the message says that the phone will restart and install the update. I click "Install Now". Then I get a message telling me the phone will reboot in ten seconds and install the update. This never happens and the message pops up again ten minutes later.
I told this to a guy in the Verizon store and all he could tell me was to reboot the whole system to factory settings, wiping the phone clean. Really?
Has anyone had this issue and found a solution?
