As many have learned, the Droid Incredible Calendar will not sync past events. As best as I can determine Google knows the problem and is unwilling or unable to come up with a fix.
Here's a workaround.
Open the web browser in the Droid Incredible and download the Google calendar to your Droid. Everything in your google calendar on your computer will then show. The problem with this is that it takes some time.
A better fix is to go to the Market app on the Droid and download the JORTE calendar. When you have done that and are setting up JORTE, there is a setting that allows you to interface JORTE with the Google calendar on your computer. You can then make JORTE the calendar you use on your Droid Incredible, or alternatively, use the calendar already on your Droid. Whenever you place new dates on any of your calendars--smart phone or home computer/laptop, they will all sync.
The JORTE, however, is the only calendar on your smartphone that will show past events.
