Syncing Apps??

Just picked up a Bionic a few hours ago. Can't figure out how to get all my apps loaded/synced. Had phone activated at Verizon store. I thought there was a way to have my apps automatically loaded onto new phone. Coming from a Droid 1. Can someone tell me what I'm missing here. TIA.

market.android.com from your PC. login and go to My Market Account

Yeah, I did that. But I guess i was under the impression there was a way to do all the apps automatically. I ended up doing them all one at a time.
