I was starting to think that in the Droid world, I was the only superman fan - and unfortately I lack the ability to create any cool stuff like this! Very nice, and thank you! I am about to install both of these things on my phone.

Oh, and I noticed you have the shield in the bottom center of your screen... I would like to have that as well. Care to share? I am using Launcher Pro, so maybe it's just not possible anyway - but it was worth a shot!

    Take care,
    Rob

You seem to have a superman theme goin on all over the place there! From the colors, to the icons, and especially cool is the Superman Logo on the pull down window.

I would like all that (plus the shield I mentioned earlier). Would you be willing to tell me how you did it? Or better yet, upload some files that I could put on my phone that would "do it" since all that ADB stuff confuses me all to heck!

    Take care,
    Rob

How did you replace the apps button with the superman logo? I've already added the Beautiful Widget and the Boot Screen... really cool stuff

    Thanks

I'm running Launcher Pro, but I will take a look and see what I can find.

    Thanks,

That is freakin' sweet! I love the entire theme you got goin' on too :)

Edit: It made me think, having a Green Lantern boot animation similar to this would be pretty bad-ass (as would a batman) lol

as for installing superman app button

I found it very easy to place your launcher pro apk in your sdcard root then connect to pc. On pc open the apk with 7zip and copy the drawable-land-hdpi folder to your pc then drop these 3 png's into it make sure it promts to overwrite the existing files, if you want to back them up first rename the originals to .bak then it wont overwrite them.
once this is done drag the folder back to the still open 7zip window. then you can go back on the phone and use root explorer to push the file back to system/app folder and overwrite the original one. then make sure to set permission as 6,4,4. I'll post a pic to make sure you copy the same permissions. then reboot and you'll have superman logo on my app drawer.

Here's a pic of what permissions should look like. I know its not of the same app but they all should be set like this when edited and manually installed via root explorer.

Here''s the superman logo png's in a zip for you extract them first
    superman button pngs.rar

    Here's a superman wallpaper I been using

For those that want it here's a MM file for a superman logo battery meter.

UPDATE: If you would like the red pic showing not the yellow and red as mine has reverve the normal and pressed buttons by renaming them before you copy to your drawable-land-hdpi folder. I liked mine to be different than everyone else's floating around so I reverved those two images. its up to you since its your phone :)

I have changed the drawer button, gmail, calendar, and folder icons

For whatever reason NinjaMorph doesn't do anything on my phone...

I have confirmed twice that the following method works

Running Cyan 5.0.7.1 / HexFusion Theme
Again Props to Dr01d for the Superman Boot Screen and Beautiful Widget

*MAKE SURE YOU BACK YOUR **** UP... I'M NOT LIABLE FOR ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR PHONE...

    1. Via Root Explorer - Move the com.fede.launcher.apk from /data/app to /sdcard
    2. If you have LauncherPro.apk in /system/app folder... delete it
    3. Rename the com.fede.launcher.apk to com.fede.launcher.zip
    4. Mount your SDCARD to you computer
    5. Open the .zip file/res/drawable-hdpi
    6. Replace the .png's with the files you have renamed and resized to match the .png files in the drawable-hdpi folder
    7. When you are done Unmount the SDCARD
    8. In Root Explorer, go to /sdcard and rename the com.fede.launcher.zip to com.fede.launcher.apk
    9. COPY the com.fede.launcher.apk and paste it into /data/app
    10. MOVE the com.fed.launcher.apk on the /sdcard to the /system/app folder and rename it to LauncherPRO.apk

    Reboot Phone

Use Home Switcher to select Launcher Pro and everything is there.

This is a little winded to do but it allows you to pick any .png from the internets and swap whatever you want out.
Resize to no more than 75 x 75px for the most optimal quality (lol... you can use NM for resizing .png's rather easily which is the only thing I've found it useful for)

This whole process has proven to be a viable option for those who can't get NM to work.

Yes.. again using root explorer, any boot animation you get just rename to bootanimation.zip and drop it in the /data/local file. Reboot your phone and that should be it.

When I try to do battery icon, MM just sits there forever saying "Applying Framework-res.apk theme" - and near as I can tell, will KEEP doing that until I stop (I have waited for like 20 minutes). Any ideas?
