By now every one should have caught on that time moved forward (unless you are on Mountain Time). As we begin to leave the colder weather behind in hopes of experiencing much warmer weather, we inch closer to seeing the revelation of more devices and ideas from the industry. Evolution is important especially in the tech industry where those slow to evolve will die. Playing with the note pro line and some of the other laptops and tablets on display at best buy, I began to think that we are at a pendulum where tablets have wiped out netbook sales and are beginning to take the place of the laptop as the preferred device especially for travelers. Where do tablet manufacturer need go in order to truly become the go to device for our needs? I touched on this the other day, but where Android comes up short is in being a desktop operating system as opposed to windows or Apple's OS; where Android provides a cleaner environment for mobile (ie games, social networking, and general browsing). Could Google (either through chrome, android, or a combination there of) evolve their os to be as capable as a Windows or an Apple OS or would they have to rely on a company like Samsung combining windows and Android (despite Google being against the idea http://bgr.com/2014/03/07/dual-booting-android-windows-tablets-laptops-canceled/)?
