El cheapo motorola citrus, will not enter hard reset mode.
Phone is rooted but is now, back to stock.
when booted the motorola symbol shows for about 8 seconds or so then dissapears and comes back.
I cannot get the phone to enter hard reset or "recovery" mode.

    any suggestions?

Try this: For the Citrus, you hold both volume keys down then also press and hold Power button. When the
little Android man shows up, press the "End Call" button at bottom right.

Not sure. Might need to call VZW if its a stock phone. Or (not sure if one is out) but look for an SBF to flash back to stock firmware. I'll do some searching.

From what i have found, i think the software is blocking the buttons functions. meaning i cant get into recovery mode via the volume button method

is there another way to get into recovery mode?

To flash an sbf you need to get to the bootloader, not recovery

Oh sorry I wasnt notified of a new Post. I'm not familiar with the citrus but you could just Google something like "motorola citrus sbf"
