What he's not telling you is he gave up on beer half an hour ago and has moved on to more... potent stuff.

Try closing RSD (phone still plugged in) and open it again. I think I had that problem too.

One teensy problem. My phone isn't appearing in RSD Lite as it says it should in the guide. I've tried the default mode and "First-Come-First-ServeDeviceId Mode".

I salute you sir

Back to the seriousness. Did you previously have the moto drivers installed on the comp? Shot in the dark.

I'm running Windows 7, 64-Bit I believe. I've tried reopening RSD Lite a few times.

I should have all of the moto drivers installed, because I manually rooted my phone a few months ago. I'll go reinstall them to be sure.

Try leaving RSD open, unplugging your phone, then plugging it back in before you do that.

Oh and doing a complete SBF of my phone should fix my camera/dialer problems, right?

EDIT: Evidently I didn't have the newest drivers, recognized my phone in seconds. Anyways, great. Which method do you recommend I root via for minimal chance of messing up?
