Stuck on 1X? How to get 3G back

3G up in Denver

3g is working in NY. But no 4g

Still do not have 3G in NYC. I'm lucky to get 1X and it's intermittent and flaky. I also forget the phone is dataless on calls...

Don't know about Hawai'i but I've left my phone on the REV A since I got it, so I never lost 3G, only lost 4G
