My mother has this phone, and it's stuck in safe mode right now. I did check out the verizon website and found out how to disable it, but it's not working that way. You're supposed to just be able to hold the trackball when the thing boots, and it'll turn off.
This stinks because it's preventing some applications from running. Help?
