Stuck in boot screen help!!!

everyone I need help, I rooted my Incredible using Unrevoked, installed Rom Manager, and install the ROM Cyanogen but now it stuck like in a boot-loop where it show the cyanogen logo and repeats. PLEASE!!! somebody tell me how to get of it and restore my phone. I just want my phone back the way it was!!!!!

Would holding the down volume button and power button run it into recovery?

Did you do a Nandroid back-up first?? and did you wipe the data before flashing Cyanogen?? BTW which version of Cyanogen are you trying to flash?
