You'll probably have to fastboot it back to stock. If you wiped /system then it would explain the no OS issue. Check this out:Droid Razr M Fastboot Files

i have tried that although im not sure how to go about installing them to be honest! i have tried using sd card and going to install from external device and tried installing them through rsd lite both say fail at the end. why is it so hard to put an os on a phone? with rsd lite under device properties everything says n/a

I wonder if your memory has failed, like a physical issue?

Fastboot is run through adb (Android Debug Bridge) which must be setup on your PC and your phone put into fastboot mode.

When you have adb running do

    Code:
    adb devices
To ensure the device is recognized

my Droid 4 never came out of the sys. update. Stuck @ eye. Took in to store. Was told no solution, couldn't boot into recovery even. Don't wanna give up yet. Not sure what I'm doing. A link to some sorta 'Safe Mode' info would be greatly appreciated.

Download your phones stock rom here http://sbf.droid-developers.org/index.php and flash it to your phone via fastboot with Rsd Lite. Make sure to download the drivers for your phone too with Motorola Device Manager.

I may end up bricking my phone tonight. I'm going to RSD back on my Moto X, but my whole phone is encrypted.

Texted while driving (hands free) on my Moto X.

Good luck. I am sorry to hear that. That's a brave decision. If it works congrats. If it does not, sorry.

What steps are you taking exactly. Tell me. I have a little experience in flashing phones using RSD Lite. Here read this guide for the Droid Razr M. http://www.phonearena.com/news/How-...-M-back-to-stock-ICS-from-the-JB-leak_id35580

What does RSD Lite say? I remember I once bricked my Razr V3M and RSD said something like "flashing failed" and stopped at around 70% of flashing. Anyway if you could send a picture of both RSD and your phone. Did you follow the link I posted?
