Strange charging issue.

So my phone fell of the night stand while plugged in the other day in the process it bent the micro Jan end of my charging cable. The cable has to be in just so to charge the phone now. I tried the cable with an old phone so I know its that and not damage to the phone. I went to good old Walmart and bought the only wall charger they offer for HTC although tbolt was not listed. Got it home plugged it in and the screen does not respond while plugged in.

You need a 1 amp charger. I guarantee the one you picked up is delivering less than that.
