I switched from a S1 and most of the differences have already been posted. For me the free Nav system is the most useful thing about the Droid over the S1 BB. However, there are two things I miss about the S1, but I'm hopeful that at least one will be addressed at some point. I miss the instant email notifications and FB app is a 1000 times better on the BB. On my S1 those were the two things I used the most other than SMS. Droid SMS is superior IMO especially with the Handcents app. Otherwise, I don't miss anything.
