    I have a few apps that came with.the phone I remove.it says they r system apps how doi get them off?

    root the phone, then remove them with the free app called titanium back up.

    use z4root, put it on your sd card, use a file manager to find and install it.
    run z4 root to root the phone, try it a couple times and even turn the phone on and off then try it again, it should reboot the phone when its done.

    go to market and install super user app and titanium back up
