stock launcher on gb 5

    Is it possible to get stock launcher on ur rom. I deleted adw with scripts but that just caused a home screen error and tried restoreing launcher 2 but says couldn't find the file.

    Just push to /system/app

    Move the file to that folder with a file manager like root explorer.

    I can't it says the folder is protected. Or I don't have permission or something stupid like that

    Use root explorer and mount R/W

    I don't wanna pay for explorer. How else to do it. Could I just install the apk?

    I Don't know where I'd be without root explorer. It's flawless for its purpose. You'd have to lookup ADB commands to do it.

    Could I us terminal em. Instead. And what would I use for a command?

    Put it on the root of your sd card and run:

    Code:
    su
    mount -o remount,rw -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock4 /system
    cp /sdcard/Launcher2.apk /system/app/Launcher2.apk
    mount -o ro,remount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock4 /system
    reboot
