Big News! The latest and greatest version of Android, Android 5.0.2, is now available for both the Nexus 7 (2013) and the Nexus10. Over the air updates should be coming in pretty quickly, but you can simply flash the stock image if you are familiar with adb instead of waiting. Normally flashing the stock image is as easy as double clicking the flash-all.bat, but for some reason in Lollipop the script does not work properly so you have to actually flash each individual part of the image. This incremental build comes with some bugfixes and not much else. Head to the link below for the image downloads.
