Is your phone performing any worse than it was when you were rooted and had frozen some apps?

No GB here yet too (Southern California).

O.k seriously I need some help here. Still no update!!

I tried un freezing apps, uninstalling bootstrap, un rooting, etc etc. what the heck do I have to do.... I could use bootstrap to do a factory reset?? Or I have an old backup I could go to. Should I try that? Or should I just revert to factory through bootstrap?

Rolling bone stock here with no update to this point. Not to worry though, it's my understanding that if you haven't received it by June 1, you can manually update at that time. :)

Why not just grab the rooted version yourself right now?

I would SBF your X's just to be safe, It'll make it 100% positive to recieve the upgrade. With that being said, I SBF'd the other day and still haven't gotten the update. It could take days. I'm going to just apply the stock update.zip tomorrow if I don't get it by morning. I'm not as concerned with root anymore as I used to be.

Dude that sounds fine, can you just give me a step by step on how to do though for real I've never "SBF'd" or anything and just wanna make sure I do it right... I am very good at following details steps though so that'd be great.

after you do the SBF your phone will be in "out of the box" condition.
which means when you turn it on you'll go through the entire setup process, including the OTA activation.

Naw you SBF it, then you do a factory reset and clear the cache, then reboot, and it'll prompt you to activate your phone. You just press activate and choose option 1. Your X will be like it was day one from the factory with all of your SD card intact, sign in to google and you'll get all your contacts and apps back. If it boot loops after the SBF when you restart it, just pull the battery, and then when you put it back, hold power and the home button to do the factory reset.

Would I be better off just doing this Maderstcok OTA thing instead since I can boot ok?
