Am I the only one with a RAZR that hasn't received the most recent update? Tried checking for updates, did a hard reset and as a last resort did a full wipe of the phone. Still no new update.
    Running full stock, no root.

Any one stuck in this boat or have any advice? ?

Thanks guys, its looks like replacement is going to be the only way to go. I hate giving back a brand new phone for a faulty factory refurbished.

Does that void any warranty on the phone?

I would say no cause they are still stock files, you only void the warranty when you root / modify the phone.

However, definitely feel comfortable in using the utility cause by using it - you are accepting the risk / liability if anything happens.

Got my new Leap Day purchased Razr today and it updated to 2.3.6 within 10 minutes. Works great...but still learning all the neat new things.
