2.1 was pretty darn sweet, Chevy tends to put out some good stuff. And the whole flash on GB/1% will make some peeps happy for sure.

Chevy always puts out first class roms. He just topped himself this time. If you haven't tried one of his, now is the time. If you have, you already know you want this one.

I flashed from a CM ROM to the newer MIUI successfully. Have not tried it the other way though. Do you have a back up of stock rooted you can restore to?

Yeah I have a stock.602 and a rooted .605 zip I could flash but I was just curious if it was possible or not.. Kind of trying to cut corners I guess. Being a lazy flashaholic

Well you could try just flashing it but I would think you would have a better shot if you restore a nandroid of stock rooted first. I know that was the recommendation when flashing to MIUI with the new base so I would think the same would apply going to something else.

That's how I did it and haven't had any problems with it. 2.2 is running like a champ and the batt life is amazing so far. This is a very polished rom,

Gingerbread Miui on steroids

That's good to know? In your opinion how would you rate the battery life compared to miui with the defy base?
